**About the company**:
Join a company with a list of awards to their name and due to a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor who has demonstrated delivery commercial fit outs

**You will be proficient in the following**:

- Liaise with and coordinate all trades/suppliers
- Liaise with clients and keep them up to date with their projects
- Check materials delivered to ensure they are correct
- Ensure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time frames
- Undertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defects
- Solve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient time frame
- Undertake WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe condition

You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience delivering commercial Fitout projects. You will have a strong ability to read and understand drawings coupled with high attention to detail and a proactive sense of delivery.

Excellent communication skills and while being given autonomy to run your projects, being a team member is a must The successful person will have a can-do attitude, be computer savvy and be very client-focused ensuring open lines of communication and a problem-solving attitude.
