- Plan, direct, and coordinate the sales and marketing activities to align with Fowler Hire's goals in the construction hire industry.
- Determine and implement marketing strategies to promote products such as hoists, formwork systems, and retractable loading platforms.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Oversee advertising campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Identify new market opportunities within the construction and hire industries and create strategies to capitalize on them.
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to provide recommendations for improving product offerings and pricing.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, offering guidance and support to achieve high performance and meet organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Collaborate with the design and fabrication teams to coordinate product development and ensure the delivery of bespoke customer solutions.
- Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring return on investment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wetherill Park NSW 2164: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales and marketing Management: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
