**About Us**

White Label is a collection of 3 divisions that cover all things events from corporate to social and everything in between. Each division has it's own brand and identity and when blended together create an unforgettable event experience. Based in our Wetherill Park headquarters, we are looking for a marketing superstar to manage all three divisions and spearhead all things marketing and social media.

**What You'll Do**
- Create and deliver on a marketing and communications roadmap with timelines, goals and deliverables.
- Manage marketing activity that moves customers through a funnel of acquisition, engagement and retention, converting them from a one time user to a recurring customer.
- Design and track the progress of marketing milestones on the product roadmap to define the return on investment of marketing activity.
- Develop the marketing tools and campaigns to contribute to the strategy of new customer acquisition.
- Use market, customer and brand research to become familiar with customer and user personas.
- Work with external agencies, to develop marketing assets to support product life cycle marketing activity.
- Manage all social media channels across three brands
- Represent the brand like a brand ambassador and help us pronounce and establish our brand tone across all communications and campaigns
- Where necessary help establish tools and processes that help with campaigns, reporting and day-to-day operations
- Overlook and give active feedback into our social strategy and channels.

**About you**
- Degree qualification in business or marketing is ideal
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working as a Marketing Executive
- Experience with managing multiple social media accounts
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders
