They are continuously recognised for their achievements including Employer of Choice and display a people-first culture. **About the role** This a perfect role for a Human Resources professional looking for a challenging role that partners with the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer to make up part of a strong senior leadership team. The key focus of this role is to deliver HR support to leaders within the business, plan, develop and implement HR policy across the wider business, managing the direction and strategic development for all HR functions, with a focus on ER/IR. The position is located in the Lower North Shore of Sydney offering a competitive salary package.
