We’re looking for a **Full-Time Salesperson** to join our friendly team at our well-established furniture store in **Pakenham, Victoria**. With a strong reputation for quality products and outstanding customer service, we offer a welcoming environment and real earning potential.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Welcome and assist customers with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through excellent service and follow-up.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with a small, close-knit team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (furniture or homewares a bonus).
- Available to work **weekends** and some public holidays (with weekdays off).
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and helping customers find what they love.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to be part of a growing local business.

**Location**:
Our showroom is located in **Pakenham, VIC** - free parking available on site.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Retail Sales: 1 year (required)
