Bus Driver

**Full Job Description**

Berwick Bus Lines operates a large fleet of modern buses and coaches ranging from 24 to 57 seats from our Pakenham depot. Our goal is to get our customers to their destination comfortably, safely and with great service. We provide full induction and on road training.

**The role**:

- Delivering reliable and professional school bus and charter services
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Ensuring the safety of passengers, colleagues and the general public
- Operating buses in accordance with road laws, company policies and expectations

**Skills and experience required**:

- Must have Medium Rigid or Heavy Vehicle Licence, WWCC, and Drivers Accreditation certificate
- Professional personal presentation standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive and professional attitude with the ability to remain calm and in control
- Safe driving history and high safety standards

**Job Type**: Both Full-time and Casual positions available

**Salary**: $30.92 - $41.35 per hour plus Overtime

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Some weekend work available

**Experience**:

- Bus driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Victorian Driver Accreditation
- Working with Children Check
- HR or MR license

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Salary**: $30.91 - $41.35 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pakenham, VIC 3810: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bus driving: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- MR or HR Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
