- Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanour whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children’s enrolments and new team orientations
- Utilise our Salesforce, Qikkids and Story Park systems, to manage accounts and monitor ongoing payments with follow-up as required
- Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure)
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills - both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations

About You
- Availability from Monday to Friday (38 hours a week with shifts between 7.30am and 5.30pm)
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection Training
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- Police Check and PRODA Number (or willing to obtain)

Located in the heart of Piara Waters, Wildflower will be one of three brand new Green Leaves centres in WA opening in 2025, and a sister centre to our amazing Piara Waters centre
