THE ROLE

As our world-class Assistant Fitness Center Club Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our club's success. In this role, you will:

·       Cultivate a welcoming, high-energy environment where members feel inspired

·       Be part of daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the club

·       Drive membership, engagement and club growth with innovative ideas

·       Represent our brand and values, setting the tone for an exceptional member experience

· Help execute sales campaigns for the club.

· Meet monthly sales & performance targets for the club.

· Execute all aspects of the sales & membership process.

· Create Lead Generation & Outreach plans.

· Creating promotional partnerships & opportunities.

· Build a relationship with all the members and know each by their first name.

· Be part of our kick-ass culture where members feel like family.

· Drive and manage the club's social media pages, live feeds, reels.

· Manage administrative aspects of the business.

· Assist in the maintenance & operation of all centre equipment to the highest standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Min 2 years' experience in a Fitness Centre or Gym Management role.
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Membership Sales experience
• Good time management skills.
• Naturally outgoing, confident and energetic.
• Computer literate
