**About the Role**

This is Full Time position, based out of our Dandenong south office. The role can have you all over from the eastern suburbs, Gippsland and down the Mornington peninsula.

As a supervisor, this is a high paced environment requiring the highest level of self-discipline, organisation, communication, and the upmost important, attention to detail

This is a busy role working in an enjoyable supportive environment. Your communication skills will be used daily, as will your problem-solving skills.

Reporting to the General Manager your day to day role will require you to:

- Plan and coordinate subcontractors & trades activities.
- Working alongside the estimating team to Ensure materials are on site according to the construction schedule to allow timely completion of works.
- Manage multiple projects - be able to plan, schedule & co-ordinate across several sites.
- Liaise with key stakeholders (both internal & external)
- Effectively communicate with diverse customer and subcontractor groups
- Review progress and quality of work completed on a daily basis.
- Analyse, manage & mitigate OH&S risks using your knowledge of OH&S & other relevant legislative requirements.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems, and work efficiently to resolve any developing problems.
- Multitask & be flexible when required.
