**About the Role**

Are you a natural leader with a passion for managing teams and driving efficiency?

The Team Leader Integrated Services is a key role responsible for leading a team of Administrative Support Officers to deliver high-quality services across the organisation. In this newly created position, you'll develop and maintain strong internal and external partnerships, offering guidance and direction to stakeholders on key administration functions. You'll collaborate with the Portfolio Services Business Partners to ensure the consistent development and implementation of services, policies and initiatives.

As the Team Leader, you'll manage a dynamic team of up to 12, ensuring high-level customer support and achieving corporate outcomes in line with CFA policy. You'll foster a collaborative, high-performing environment, providing guidance, training and development to your team, ensuring they're equipped to meet challenges and deliver exceptional results.

**About You**

We're looking for a skilled leader with a strong background in business administration and management who excels at guiding and developing high-performing teams in a collaborative setting. Your ability to think strategically, solve complex problems and make sound decisions will be essential in driving operational success.

With exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, you will build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. Your advanced organisational skills will allow you to manage multiple tasks effectively, meet tight deadlines and ensure continuous improvement in business systems and processes. You will also demonstrate a strong ability to produce accurate, high-quality reports and documents ensuring the ongoing enhancement of service delivery and outcomes across the organisation.
