Hatch is supporting Hireup to find a great Product Manager (12 month maternity leave contract) to join their product management team. **About the role at Hireup**
- Assist in managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to develop product solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and to differentiate our product in the market
- Analyse user feedback and performance metrics to inform product refinements and future development.
- Own your squads product plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders and users.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market plans and strategies.
- Ensure products comply with laws and regulations in all target markets.
- Continuously monitor and report on the performance of your products.

- Cross-functional Team Management - Provide direction to a team of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver the product
