We are partnering with a leading Australian digital e-commerce business to identify and recruit someone to join their Proposition & Platform Merchandising team as a Promotions and Generosity Manager.

**The Role**
Reporting into the Head of Promotions, you will have accountability for the development, planning and execution of targeted offers for their customers through their mobile and desktop apps. You will be responsible for managing the budget, and will make decisions on how to allocate this spend across different customer segments and through different offers to maximise business performance whilst optimising spend.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing a deep understanding of all operational tasks & functionalities to support the rollout of all promotional campaigns
- Working closely with CRM to ensure accurate execution of promotions across the week
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure execution of promos and understand impact to other teams
- Support design and facilitation of regular innovation workshops across the business to ensure they lead generosity within the industry
- Assist in optimising the display of markets, product and promotional content.
- CMS management of proprietary platforms to display content that brings the brand to life.
- Help utilise data, insights and customer knowledge to enhance the customer platform experience.

To be successfully, you will need to collaborate across multiple business functions and as such we are looking for someone with a customer first attitude who constantly strives to improve a customers’ experience. You will also possess:

- A high level of comfort with data / numbers and analytics
- A strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills (all the way to C suite)
- The ability to influence within a fast paced environment
