**About the Company**:
Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
We are currently looking for Mandarin speaking Disability Support Workers to partner with our male participant based in Browns Plains, QLD. Our participant recently sustained a Brain injury and requires assistance with personal care prompting and supervision due to cognitive impairment.

The current care plan in place requires support 24 hours a day. There are Morning shifts, Afternoon shifts and Overnight shifts. However, currently we have day shifts available from 9am-12pm on weekdays. This will have potential to increase to a 24-hour support in future.

**Pay Rates**:

- Day - $36.25 per hour
- Afternoon - $40.60 per hour
- Saturday - $50.75 per hour
- Sunday - $65.25 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with personal care prompting
- Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
- Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
- Community access + rehab appointments

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Australian Driver Licence
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Blue Card
- Current Yellow Card
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Infection Control Training - Covid19
- Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
