**Position Summary**

This role is an exciting opportunity to help GSK manage sustainability risks and drive positive change. You will assess and mitigate risks related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, ensuring GSK's operations align with our sustainability goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. **Responsibilities**

  • Identify and assess sustainability risks across GSK's operations in Australia.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that mitigate ESG risks and enhance sustainability performance.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability metrics, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis and risk assessments.
  • Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.

**Qualifications/Skills**

**Basic Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, risk management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability risk assessment or ESG-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Australian environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
  • Passion for driving positive change and promoting sustainable practices.

**Work Arrangement:**

This role is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration at GSK's Australian office.
