Eilbeck Cranes is an 100% Australian owned company operating over 110 years specializing in the design, manufacturing and Installation of all types of Overhead Cranes, Hoists & Winches.

Eilbeck Cranes is a crane manufacturing & servicing company which operates its Sydney business operations in Newcastle NSW.

Eilbeck is seeking to employ a Qualified Electrician / Overhead Electric Travelling Crane Technician, to join the service team at our Newcastle branch.

Qualification must include:
NSW Electrical licence

Duties will include maintenance and repair of overhead cranes and lifting equipment, development and/or modification of electrical panels and circuits, commissioning and testing of completed projects and associated electrical work.

To be considered and be successful in this role, you must have:

- Effective troubleshooting and problem solving ability
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings (control circuits)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities
- A desire to learn and grow professionally within the role
- Must be safety conscious and the ability to promote a safe environment
- Must be available to work overtime and travel to customer sites if required
- Previous experience on overhead cranes
