Due to clinic growth we have positions available in our Craigieburn, Templestowe, Richmond and Epping clinics.

**Role Overview**:
As one of our valued Treatment Coordinators, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by effectively communicating treatment options, answering questions, and guiding patients through their dental journey.

Your ability to connect with patients, understand their needs, and convert treatment plans into informed decisions will be instrumental in fostering trust and building lasting relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough discussions with patients about recommended dental treatments, ensuring they understand the procedures, benefits, and potential outcomes.
- Address patient concerns, questions, and hesitations with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with our dental team to coordinate and schedule treatments according to patient preferences and availability.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to present treatment plans clearly and concisely, facilitating patient understanding and informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Assist in financial discussions, helping patients explore payment options and maximizing insurance benefits.
- Foster a patient-centered environment that reflects Dental One's commitment to exceptional care.

- Strong communication abilities, including the capacity to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
