Become an integral part of our Baking Sales team. Based in Richmond and reporting to the Head of Sales, the Category Manager is responsible for driving growth, profitability and innovation in the Baking and Bakery category.

**About Our Role**

In our role you will devise long-term development strategies for the Baking and Bakery categories to continue to expand the offering of the category, ensuring a high quality product and experience for our customers.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of providing commercial insights on the drivers of category performance, product line development and profitability.

You will also have:

- an understanding of the Baking and Bakery markets and be in touch with trends that may drive change and opportunities.
- great communication skills, contributing to the innovation agenda, with market trends and customer requirements.
- experience liaising with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities.
- excellent stakeholders management, internally and externally, to build effective working relationships and achieve outcomes
- the ability to build and manage relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve better pricing and quality of services
- actively engaged in budget development.
