**About the opportunity**:
Our Merchant Fulfilment team focuses on providing an administrative service to our business customers - large or small - allowing them the time to focus on what matters most, their business. This team offers value to our merchants which is why NAB is Australia’s #1 Business Bank.

As our new Team Leader, you will utilise your ability to connect with, inspire and bring the best out in our Fulfilment team, ensuring that they reach their full potential and deliver a world-class service to our customers. This position will see you drive engagement, coaching and mentoring, whilst managing the performance and day-to-day activities of your team. You will be a natural leader, driven by results, and your passion and energy will inspire your team to focus on resolving Banker / customer queries.

Further responsibilities of this fantastic role will include:

- Lead your team to achieve all objectives, managing in line with People Leader Fundamentals focusing on performance, development, and great customer outcomes
- Setting targets and objectives for your team, and subsequently reviewing performance and providing training where required
- Ensure direct reports are focused upon identifying opportunities by uncovering current and future customer needs
- Effective leadership to ensure all direct reports consistently meet and exceed targets

- Experience leading your team through change and bringing them on the change journey

- Experience with AOM (Active Operations Management)
- Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to change
- Charisma, drive, high-energy and a passion for people
- Strong customer service focus
