Our client is currently seeking a Weighbridge Operator for a role based in Footscray this is a Day shift role, 10am - 6pm you will be responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing truck movements through the site in a safe, efficient manner. You will ensure the correct documentation of truck movements and support in the sampling and testing of the incoming seeds.

**The role**

Our client is currently seeking a Weighbridge Operator for a role based in Footscray this is a Day shift role, 10am - 6pm you will be responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing truck movements through the site in a safe, efficient manner. You will ensure the correct documentation of truck movements and support in the sampling and testing of the incoming seeds.

**Other duties include**
- Weighing and documentation of all site vehicle movements
- Issue sample containers for all outgoing loads
- Induction of new truck drivers and ensuring drivers are complying to site safety and PPE standards
- Troubleshooting problems in the seed receival, elevator and meal loadout areas

**Skills / Experience**
- Previous experience in a weighbridge or similar role will be an advantage
- Hold forklift and Front-End Loader certificate of competency (preferred) or willing to obtain
- Ability to work at heights - preferred
- Provide excellent customer service to our delivering customers
- Computer skills
- Strong organisational & communication skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to work independently, problem solve and prioritise tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
