**About the Role**
As a **Lecturer in Community and Family Services**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learners passionate about making a difference in the community services sector. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educator with a strong background in community services, youth work, or related fields.

In this role, you will deliver engaging and inclusive training that equips students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in diverse settings, such as mental health, child protection, and community development. Your ability to foster strong industry partnerships and develop high-quality learning materials will be essential to student success and the broader mission of **TAFE SA**.

**To be the successful applicant you will have**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or Diploma/higher level qualification in adult education.
- Minimum of Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth Work, Child, Youth and Family Intervention, Mental Health or equivalent community services qualification (Diploma Level or above in any community services qualification is desirable)
- More than 3 years working in any of the following areas; community services, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, child protection or youth work.

**Special Conditions**
- There may be a requirement to be relocated, travel to and work from other campuses within the agency on a needs basis.
- Some out of hours work may be required and a flexible approach to the taking of leave is essential.
- Active participation in TAFE SA Performance and Development Program.
- Eligible to work in Australia
