Essential: - Committed Christian, involved in a local congregation. - Demonstrated experience in teaching at a tertiary level, learning, scholarship and research, including curriculum development and modification. - An understanding of current and emerging trends in Social Work Education and training. - Ability to communicate effectively with students; ability to communicate and work effectively and cooperatively with colleagues. - Technological literacy and experience in developing online communication tools and previous experience in online education is desirable. - Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to diversity and ability to work with students, staff, and administrators, including pastoral skills in mentoring staff and supporting students. - Full Australian working rights **How to Apply** - Excelsia College is a smoke free campus._ **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $100,000.00 - $137,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Salary packaging - Work from home Application Question(s): - Are you eligible for membership with AASW?
