**Dream Maker Community Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader.**

You will work closely with other Team Leaders and be responsible for assisting with a variety of team leading functions including but not limited to:
Responsible for being a key communicator, responding within a timely manner

Provide appropriate leadership and management to support workers

Manage team schedule proficiently

Ensure workplace materials and documentation are maintained in line with legal obligations and best practice standards

Liaise and create relationship with all stakeholders, coordinators, and reflective members

Provide feedback, coaching and training to facilitate personal and professional development

Understand our competitors to find new ways to retain participants, make innovative changes where suitable and ensure the company is providing good quality supports

Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

On-call requirement

This hands-on role offers a dynamic and professional environment where you can rapidly develop and advance your skills as a Team Leader.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Team Leader Experience
- Experience in Community Services
- Experience and knowledge of the NDIS sector
- Administration and Customer Service Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a current NDIS Check and NSW Police Check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year_

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday

**Supplementary Pay**:
Performance bonus

**Experience**:
Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Community Services: 1 year (preferred)

**Work Authorisation**:
Australia (required)

**Work Location**: In person
