**Woods & Co Recruitment **has partnered with one of Australia's largest independent full-service agencies. The company is experiencing outstanding year-on-year growth and is now looking for a driven leader to step in as the Head of Digital Marketing.

As the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for leading digital teams. You will have a significant opportunity to build capacity within your team, along with providing strategic advice to the leadership teams and senior management on digital marketing strategies

**What do you do?**
- Lead the digital marketing team. (SEM, SEO, Paid Social)
- Manage and develop the digital marketing strategies for Tier 1 clients
- Oversee team financials including purchasing, budgeting & budget reviews
- Make recommendations for the improvement of systems and infrastructure
- Track and analyse data from SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and social media to advise clients and internal teams on ROI and KPIs for campaigns, using systems to measure their effectiveness.

**What do you need?**
- 4-5+ years experience in a similar position or experience managing a small team
- Experience working within an agency environment
- Experience across digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, PPC)
- A natural ability to lead and help people grow
- Ability to problem solve and create solutions for the improvement of internal infrastructure
- Have experience budgeting and overseeing financials
