- **The Role;**- Working as a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a variety of customer interactions through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will deliver high levels of customer service while ensuring the needs of each customer are resolved.

**What You’ll Be Doing;**- **Build Rapport**: Create positive interactions by listening actively and showing empathy in every conversation.
- **Resolve Issues**: Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns to deliver effective solutions on the first contact.
- **Maintain Standards**: Follow processes and compliance requirements while ensuring a high level of service quality.**Part-time Shift;**-
- **Weekdays** - 4:00pm to 8:00pm-
