**About the role**

In this casual role, you'll support our clients in their homes and in the community. You will be responsible for various activities including in-home support, personal care, transport, and social & community access.
- **Responsibilities and duties may include**:_
- Support clients to participate in age-appropriate activities and tasks
- Provide direct care assistance to each client in accordance with their service plan and as directed.
- Ensure completion of appropriate documentation. Relevant information on support provided is to be recorded in client notes as required.
- Work with clients, family/ carers, relevant case managers and other professionals to support the client's individual goals.
- Personal care is provided to clients in a caring and supportive way.
- Be available for ~ 25 - 30 hours a fortnight

**About you**
- **You must have**:_
- COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 2 doses)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Home and Community Care, Mental Health or Disability) or equivalent
- A current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003)
- A current Provide CPR Certificate (HLTAID001)
- A current National Police Clearance (Obtained in the last 12 months)
- Worker’s Screening Check or current Yellow Card
- Blue card
- NDIS Worker orientation (or willing to obtain it)
- **Reliable transport**:

- Experience with disability and AGED CARE services would be an advantage

We offer competitive pay rates. Pay $30 - $32 + 10.5% Supernuatuon

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 14 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Must have be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
