Our client is one of Australia's largest privately-owned forklift and access equipment companies.

Due to employee career progression, we are looking for a new Receptionist to join their supportive and collaborative team

You will be responsible for providing a welcoming first point of contact for customers & employees within the organisation.

**About You**:

- Experience in front desk customer service.
- Welcoming approach to all staff and visitors
- Experience in complex phone systems, with multiple incoming lines and outgoing extensions to other offices within the organisation.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners and computers.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Power Point & Excel.
- Great attitude able to multitask

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Answer National incoming telephone calls in a professional & timely manner, ensuring calls are directed accurately to the correct state, department or personal working within the organisation
- Provide a positive impression when welcoming customers and employees to our organisation
- Log entry and exit of visitors within the visitor's booklet in accordance with company policy
- Undertake general office duties, provide assistance when and where required as requested by the Branch Manager
- Control & process petty cash, in accordance with company procedures
- Sort and distribute mail throughout the organisation
- Provide service administration support, by entering descriptions on service jobs cards in an accurate and timely manner within the internal database system
- E-mailing internally within the branch updating employees of co
- employee attendance status as directed by Branch Manager e.g., Annual leave. Sick leave, in a meeting etc.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Management team when and where required, e.g., formatting documents, excel reporting, motor vehicle register/odometer readings etc
- Provide catering assistance where required or as called upon by Branch Manager
- Provide assistance booking local travel for co-employees as called upon by Branch Manager
