**Reception/Administration Role**:
Are you an organised and personable individual looking for a rewarding part-time position in a fast-paced environment? Look no further We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join our busy Physiotherapy clinic, Ahead Physiotherapy, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. As the face of our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences. We have recently moved to a great new location in Golden Beach featuring newly-renovated treatment rooms and pilates studio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s appointment book using our practice management system.
- Provide accurate information to patients regarding services, fees, and general inquiries.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain petty cash.
- Monitor and manage the waiting area to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for patients.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Provide coverage for other staff members during absences.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly regarded.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work 15-20 hours per week, primarily on Mondays, Tuesdays, and occasional Saturday mornings.
- Ability to provide cover for other staff members during their absence, if required.
