**About the role**

We are seeking Enthusiastic Casual Educators to work at our Outside School Hours Care program which is located at Balgowlah. Flexibility and reliability to turn up to a shift with short notice will be required.

This position is Casual up to 25 hours per week and would suit those studying or working Part Time.

**Duties**

A role in Out of School Hours Care is both rewarding and fun with the opportunity to work in a creative way with school age children.

A Casual Childcare Educator for an Outside of School Hours Care program has;
- An ability to build relationships with children, their families and school staff;
- A commitment to ensuring all policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks are met; as well as
- An understanding about safeguarding children and provision of a safe work environment.
- Attend training as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the team and with children aged 5-12
- Working With Children Check and Criminal History Check
- Experience in a related service sector or qualifications in the Children's services sector would be highly regarded.
