Help us modernise our BASC service

The Manly West P&C is embarking on two exciting business improvement projects and we’re looking for an experienced Project Implementation Officer (PIO) to bring them to life.

You will lead:

- Digitisation of risk management policies and procedures - creating a single, easy-to-access online resource.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Before and After School Care operations and make a real impact for families and staff.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate and deliver both projects end-to-end: planning, timelines, budgets and reporting.
- Work closely with the P&C Executive, BASC staff and OWNA’s onboarding team.
- Oversee data migration, staff training, parent onboarding and system testing.
- Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to the P&C President and Executive Committee.

About you
- Demonstrated experience in project management or project implementation.
- Strong organisation, planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High level of digital literacy with cloud-based systems & cyber security knowledge.
- (Desirable) Knowledge of education or childcare services and familiarity with childcare management software.
