Across Australia and New Zealand, we operate 240 clinics and perform approximately 7 million patient procedures each year, making us one of the largest providers of medical imaging in the world. With over 450 doctors and 4,000 staff actively sharing clinical knowledge and expertise, a consistently high level of service is assured across all clinics.
**What We're Looking For**:
We've been through a solid period of growth thanks to improved efficiency, productivity and an ongoing commitment to impactful transformation and innovation. In the role as our Chief of Staff, you will be the right hand to our CEO and the executive team and a key driver of our continued success. You will work closely with our CEO to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute our strategic vision. Translate high-level goals into actionable plans and drive cross-functional teams to achieve them.
- **Operational Excellence**: Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency. Implement best practices to ensure our organisation runs smoothly and effectively.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including employees, investors, and external partners. Build and nurture strong relationships to drive our mission forward.
- **Project Management**: Oversee critical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Monitor project milestones and report progress to the CEO/ Executive team.
**About You**
You are a business-minded, strategic planner with experience in data and commercial analysis and project management. With a background in management consulting you are seeking to develop your experience in a dynamic and fast growth business and possess excellent creative problem-solving skills with exceptional organisation and communication skills. Based in either Melbourne or Sydney, you will need to travel extensively both locally depending on the priorities you are managing.
