Job Description Summary

Manage a team of Design and Survey team to deliver design outcomes as defined within Service Stream Fixed Communications client contracts.
- Manage the availability of resources to meet the growing business needs within Fixed Communications
- Ensure all design related documentation and processes are in accordance with client and business specifications
About the Role
- Proactively manage people to ensure both individual and specific business needs are met.
- Proactively manage team performance, including third party resources, to optimise potential and deliver business objectives.
- Participate in business planning activities and performance improvements initiatives to assist in the meeting of client requirements.
- Liaise and work with the all areas of the Fixed Communications business to ensure business and contractual objectives are met to high quality standards and within specified timefraames.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and client stakeholders at the level appropriate to the role
- Working with the Survey and Design Lead to ensure Customer KPI and SLA compliance in accordance with relevant contracts and in respect to areas under the direct control of the position holder for Quality and Control.
- Represent SSFC in client meetings, providing updates on progress and resolving issues that may be technical in nature.
- Promote a positive culture and to develop and motivate people to achieve optimal performance.
