Role Description

We are seeking a 
Graphic Designer
 to join our creative studio in Carlton, VIC. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across print, digital, and social platforms.

The Graphic Designer will work on product development, packaging, print layouts, marketing collateral, and social media content, ensuring consistent branding and visual storytelling across all channels. The role requires a strong eye for design, technical expertise in design software, and the ability to deliver creative assets from concept to finished product.

Daily tasks include:

  • Create and develop designs for print products, packaging, publications, and digital marketing.
  • Design layouts, graphics, and typography for books, editorial features, and campaigns.
  • Produce creative assets for websites, email, and social media (static and video).
  • Produce product photography and videography in our in-house photoshoot studio
  • Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Editorial, and Marketing teams to interpret briefs and deliver design solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for campaign and product launches.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer in publishing, media, e-commerce, or creative agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma (Email Marketing designs and websites)
  • Strong skills in layout, typography, image editing, and branding.
  • Experience in product photography, videography, and video editing for social media advertising
  • Experience designing content carousels for social platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Excellent 
    project management
     and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative projects.

Salary
: $75,000 AUD per year + super
