**How will I help?**

As a Pursuit Associate, you will be a part of the Client Engagement team within Westpac’s Global Transaction Services (GTS) team, one of Westpac’s Institutional Bank (WIB) key pillars. You will help facilitate and manage the end-to-end pursuit life cycle, work closely with Pursuit Managers and other key stakeholders, help develop and manage project timelines, and assist the team in meeting key milestones.

You will have the opportunity to support and learn from Senior Pursuit Managers, Sales and Deal Leads to ensure the documents produced are compelling, tailored to reflect each customer’s requirements, highlights our differentiators, and meets the individual specifications of each response. You will have the ability to draft and create new content to add to the content repository and support the build-out of presentation materials ensuring the final production of materials are of a high standard and uphold content and brand guidelines.

**What do I need?**

You will have well established verbal and written communication skills and persuasive writing skills in any published area, including marketing, communications, bid, tender or content management. You will have some familiarity utilising content management software and will bring creative design thinking and ideas into this role when mapping customer journeys and designing infographics to depict the transactional banking needs of our clients.

- Well-developed creative/persuasive writing experience
- Analysis and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise
- Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Technology savvy and the willingness to learn
- A marketing and/or creative writing background would be advantageous
