About this team
Reporting into the Manager, Learning & Leadership, AUNZ, the Learning Partner, will enable delivery of training, development and on-boarding programs for corporate teams in our Store Support Centres (SSC) and Distribution Centre (DC) and Stores through the most effective and consumable means using the right method/channel, for the right audience, at the right time through the most effective and consumable means. You will be responsible for ensuring curriculum is localized, integrated, up-to-date and utilizes innovative delivery techniques and modalities to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention, as well as measuring and monitoring training effectiveness.
A day in the life
- Consult and partner with Business Leaders to conduct learning needs analysis and then create and execute learning strategy for corporate departments including onboarding of new employees and ongoing development for existing teams
- Create a clear enrolment and communication strategy on learning plans
- Design and facilitate a wide range of conversations and events, including large-scale offsites that require the support of an expert facilitator
- Identify, prepare and develop facilitators to support the delivery of training programs, in addition to co-design and delivery of Train-the Trainer to ensure a best in class learning experience
- Identify and implement appropriate localization of global learning assets including managing program logistics for participants
- Evaluate the success of training programs through various methods, including observation, surveys, interviews, and feedback
- Coach and consult at the individual and team level to support team dynamics and help foster high performing teams
- Remain immersed in the larger lululemon organization through attending regular team meetings, department offsites and Area level gatherings
- Partner with program manager/s and/or learning design to advise on program sustainment.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for guiding and supporting our collective in discovering, developing, and activating their unique potential for the world.
- 3+ years experience in adult learning facilitation in functional training, leadership development + career development.
- Proficiency in priority/ project management, presenting ideas and concepts, and ability to quickly develop trust.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines if needed on project.
- Cross-functional and collaboration skills.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Strengths in organization, and influence; solutions-oriented problem-solving.
- BA degree or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour or Education.
- Certification in Coaching preferred.
