The Environmental Support Officer (AO3) is a role in which you will:

- Support the identification and implementation of relevant business improvement initiatives.
- Support the delivery of ad hoc advice and reports on business unit activities.
- Triage more complicated enquiries and problems, referring them to other team members or Manager, and/or other work units under guidance.
- Interpret and provide advice on departmental procedures that relate to the responsibilities of the position.
- Undertake data entry and basic analysis and reporting to support business delivery.
- Interrogate, enter data, maintain and support corporate systems and databases.
- Set priorities and monitor workflow.
- Provide customers with information about services.
- Coordinate the provision of ICT services and supplies from internal and external providers.
- Provide basic advice on ICT related issues and asset management within corporate policy.
- Assist with administrative functions such as:

- stocktakes and disposal of assets.
- maintaining registers for personal protective equipment.
- vehicle management and maintenance.
- public register and Right to Information (RTI) searches.
- file management and archiving of information and documents.
- Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
