**Position**: Cleaning & Property Services Staff (Contractor Roles) - Immediate Start

**Location**: Noosa & Surrounding Areas (Sunshine Beach, Eumundi, Peregian, Sunrise Beach) **Type**: ABN Contractor | Flexible Hours | Premium Clientele

We’re growing, and we’re looking for **professional, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaners** to join our in-house team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Perform luxury residential and holiday property cleans — including pre-arrival, mid-stay, and exit cleans
- Maintain impeccable presentation standards and a deep respect for each property
- Liaise with our management team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Occasionally assist with light property management tasks (e.g., restocking, guest prep, coordination with trades)

**We’re Looking For**
- Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
- Excellent communication and reliability
- Previous experience in luxury or high-end property cleaning (preferred but not essential)
- ABN, driver’s licence, and your own vehicle
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Trustworthiness, discretion, and care — qualities our clients value deep
