Work in the gounds of a retirement village in clients own homes. On-site office and support, friendly team. Clients have Home Care Packages and supports vary from help with cleaning, showering, shopping, getting to appointments, in home respite, community access, medication assistance and more. Our new team member will be part of our small team who work together to be able to ensure we can fill flexible shifts to support our clients at preferred times that work for them. Ideallyyou can start at 7am on one or more weekdays, latest at 08.30 start other weekdays and able / willing to be flexible. Available times we are looking for are the morning day shifts and if possible the occasional evening shift cover, starting later in the day around midday and working till around 6 or 7 pm. Living locally is desirable and your ability to help out to cover any staff sickness or short notice shifts will be highly desirable Do you have a great work ethic with a" can do attitude"? a desire to give great customer service to our clients, to maximise their life and independence, showing them respect, providing a positive and memorable service every time in a supportive and caring envirionment - then you are our next employee.............. give us a call for a chat. Paid online training, paid team meetings with lunch supplied, staff room with snacks, access to free hot drinks and cold water. Management are very generous with occasional staff dinners and providing gifts and thanks for your hard work and commitment. You will be really appreciated here. It would be great if you had a qulaification in relation to agd care however we will consider those currently studying one of these or studying aged care or willing to do so and who are genuine caring people with empathy and kindness.
