The Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
- Drive business growth through sales, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement operational processes to enhance service delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of water technicians and administrative staff.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a general management, operations, or senior leadership role.
- Strong business acumen with experience in sales, customer service, and financial management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
- Experience in the water treatment, plumbing, or environmental services industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of water filtration, purification, and tank cleaning processes is a plus.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to management.
