**What you bring to the table**:
As our Product Innovation Manager, you’ll be a driving force in our Innovation, Technology & Development team, helping shape the future of spatial solutions at MNG.
You will be responsible for:

- Leading & mentoring a small team to reach their full potential
- Managing tender responses, including technical solution design, capability statements & pricing strategy
- Delivering tailored software demonstrations that clearly communicate value and functionality to stakeholders
- Evaluating and scouting emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Collaborating across departments to align product development with business goals and market needs

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What you’ll also need**:

- A degree in GIS, Geospatial Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Product Management
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in geospatial product development
- Deep knowledge of platforms like ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo, and cloud GIS tools
- A knack for leading teams, managing tenders, and delivering software demos
