**About The Team**
At the centre of the Wesfarmers Group, we are building a cross-skilled and diverse technology team focused on engaging the business, understanding strategic drivers, co-creating value-adding solutions and pushing technical boundaries to innovate and deliver excellence to the Corporate Office.

**What You'll Do**
**Service Desk and Technical Support (First line through to third line)**:
- Oversee all support functions from first to third line, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of incidents and service requests.
**Incident and Problem Management**:
- Implement and manage the incident management process to ensure prompt identification and resolution of IT issues across all support levels.
**Change and Release Management**:
- Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB): Oversee the CAB process, ensuring that all IT changes are submitted, reviewed, and approved in line with CAB policies and ITIL best practices.

**Leadership and Team Management**:
- Lead and manage a small diverse IT team, including Service Desk Analysts and Technical support team members, ensuring team performance aligns with business goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting professional development and staying informed on industry trends.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and our Corporate office departments, ensuring IT services align with business objectives and deliver value.
**What You'll Need**
- 8+ years of experience in digital delivery, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation or innovation programs.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging tech delivery is highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, delivery frameworks, and modern program governance.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned to business strategy.
- Skilled in building and leading high-performing delivery teams, with a focus on coaching, empowerment, and accountability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and drive alignment across functions.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment while maintaining focus on outcomes and value delivery.

The Corporate Office provides corporate services and support to the autonomous businesses within the Wesfarmers Group, enabling the achievement of Group objectives. It leads capital allocation and portfolio management for the Group and focuses on leveraging and enhancing the Group’s reputation to support attraction and retention of talent, securing investment opportunities and maintaining a low-cost capital.
