A Government organisation is currently seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their team. As a L&D Coordinator you will be responsible for providing admin support to the rest of the L&D team and wider organisation.
**Responsibilities**
- Administer the performance management system including user management, periodic reports and follow up of outstanding actions.
- Schedule and monitor training including room bookings and set up, calendar invitations to facilitators and participants and set up in LMS. (ELMO experience desirable).
- Provide training course support.
- Coordinate the approval and booking of external training requests.
- Analyse new starter forms and update skills matrix
- Co-ordinate various programs such as Graduate events, coaching program, and secondments.
- Maintain L&D SharePoint site and support marketing L&D events.
- Coordinate new supplier set up, purchase orders and processing payment of invoices.
- Monitor and manage the L&D Inbox responding to or escalating requests in a timely manner.
- Process and monitor progress of study assistance applicants.
- Liaise with external suppliers to provide products and services, coordinating quotes and payment.
- Support the planning, update and release of eLearning compliance modules including reporting and follow up for mandatory training.
- Update existing eLearning modules into new format (Articulate experience desirable).
- Set up and distribute Compliance eLearning.
- Create Process Maps for all L&D processes.
- Contribute and support the internal social media campaigns.
- Support the updating of training materials as required.
**Selection criteria**
- Experience in a similar role is preferred - HR or L&D.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to think innovatively.
- Works in a collaborative way.
- Strong stakeholder engagement.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Experience using ELMO and SharePoint is desired.
