**Responsibilities**:
Duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
General Responsibilities
- To comply with existing HSE requirements to promote a safe working environment in the Perth execution office and at Eneabba construction site
- Report to the Project Information Manager for all aspects of Iluka ERER project support and provide regular feedback to the IT Service Delivery Manager and other team leads.
- Provide regular updates and formal reports on progress and escalate support issues as required
- Attend and contribute to IT Project Services and Service Delivery team meetings and regular project review meetings
- Ensure compliance with Fluor & Iluka IT systems and support processes

Specific Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient IT Site Support services to both Fluor & Iluka project teams
- Provide deskside and IT infrastructure support and troubleshooting
- Provide proactive delivery of services for the resolution of all project IT Support issues
- Deliver installation, maintenance and support of all project end user systems
- Capability to diagnose, research and troubleshoot problems across hardware, software and networks
- Provide support of desktop and laptop hardware and associated printers and peripherals
- Manage support for project mobile phones and audio-visual equipment
- Provide assistance on construction site specific solutions for CCTV, RFID and access control as required
- Ensure compliance with Fluor and Iluka IT processes and procedures for all IT services conducted on the project

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Required
- Experience in a similar Lead IT Services role, preferably in the resources sector or related industry

Desirable
- Construction Site experience for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) contractor ITIL Certification
- Experience working with an IT outsourcing partner
