**What you’ll do**:

- Operate, clean, and maintain equipment and associated documents in the plant.
- Perform housekeeping tasks associated with the grout plant and related operations.
- Conduct equipment pre-start checks.
- Handle materials efficiently.
- Mix bentonite slurry.
- Collect QA/QC samples, conduct testing, and record data.
- Operate telehandler (or similar equipment).
- Collaborate with Site Engineers/team to complete daily duties.
- Maintain a focus on general Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices.

**About you**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Keen attention to detail, thoroughness, and diligence in work tasks.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work in a safe manner and actively promote an interdependent health and safety culture.
- Possession of relevant certificates/qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Valid Australian driver's license.
- Previous site-based experience in mining/construction, including FIFO or remote location work.
