**Position Summary**

This is a part-time position working 3 days a week. The Risk and Compliance Officer will be responsible for reviewing compliance policy and programs as well as assessing and facilitating the College's response to organisational risk. The position will include promoting a strong culture of risk and compliance awareness throughout the College.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Experience in risk management and compliance systems
- Experience within a complex, highly regulated organization
- Previous experience in education is highly desirable
- Experience and expertise in providing risk and compliance support and delivery of management strategies
- Ability to build, establish, and maintain relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to work well with and manage ambiguity and make strategic decisions in the best interests of the College
- Ability to interpret standards, analyse data, and identify needs
- Ability to convert complex legislation and information into plain language
- Ability to work autonomously, as part of a team, and in coordination with some aspects of the work of others
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business or related field
- Experience in school and CompliSpace will be an advantage

**Pre-requisites**
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Practicing Christian, in regular Church attendance
