An excellent opportunity exists at Patterson Cheney Isuzu Trucks in Dandenong for an experienced administration officer to join our Service Department. Ideally you will have dealership experience; however, if you have a proven track record in admin working as part of a team, can handle a busy environment and have strong attention to detail, we would really like to hear from you.

**About the role**:

- Assisting our Warranty Manager with warranty claims and compliance duties
- Complete daily banking in a timely manner
- Providing administration support to the Service Department
- Prepare Jobs for the next day
- Update database daily for accuracy
- Costing of internal work
- Invoicing
- Other administration support functions for the Service Manager
- Interacting with visitors and customers in a professional manner

**About you**:

- Ideally, with dealership service experience
- Administration duties including warranty, costing/ quotes
- Raising and closing work orders for vehicles.
- Coordinating and booking external subletting work as required.
- General automotive administration task
- Administration experience demonstrating close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
