**3D Earthmoving (2017) Pty Ltd is a Kalgoorlie based earthmoving company & is one of the largest Wet and Dry Tailings Dam lifters in Western Australia.**

We are seeking a passionate, driven and organised HSE Officer on a 2/1 roster FIFO from Perth for a site based role.

**THE ROLE**:
You will be responsible for leading the HSE compliance with management system policies, management plans and procedures, while completing site administrator duties. You will be able to work in a team but also on your own independently. Machine Operating experience preferred but not essential.

**YOUR DUTIES**:

- Promote an organizational culture that empowers all personnel to be involved in HSE matters and to pro-actively take action to reduce risk and to protect people and the environment.
- Undertake HSE inspections and safety audits.
- Investigate incidents, identify causes and corrective actions.
- Monitoring and recording hazard observations, near misses and injuries.
- Reviewing the local safety system to ensure compliance to company standards, keeping records and logs up to date and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
- Developing HSE support material.
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies.
- Advise and educate site personnel of legislative requirements and changes to comply with company procedures.
- Provide input to pre-start meetings and Toolbox meetings and take minutes.
- Liaise with site management and client regarding safety performance.
- Employee site policy and procedure inducting

**ABOUT YOU**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Enthusiastic and thorough advocate for safety passion, enthusiasm, and goal driven.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
- ICAM or equivalent in Lead incident investigation and reporting.
- Ability to control and operate the safety effort on site.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance.
- Good time management skills and can multitask.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety (WHS).
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) (desirable).
- You hold a current and valid driver’s license.
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 84 per week
