About the role:
TES has an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to take on a full-time as a Logistics Coordinator\Customer Support Coordinator.

This role requires more than just outstanding customer service and administration. It requires someone who is highly organised, can think on their feet, has strong attention to detail, someone who is willing to learn the business and its products and build a strong rapport with all clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Build effective relationships with relevant client stakeholders, liaise, communicate and coordinate activities
- Maintaining strong and existing client relationships with key clients as well as building relationships with new clientele
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Being the first point of contact for customer service and supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer needs and objectives
- Complete bookings with transport companies
- Coordination of inbound and outbound activities\bookings
- Resolve issues and respond to requests from customers, employees, and management
- Identify risks associated with services provided and recommend remedial action through appropriate channels Inc. Sales and Operations
- Assisting with business development proposals
- Data collection and analysis
- Working with a wide range of clients and providing excellent customer service
- Follow up clients to ensure customer/client satisfaction is maintained
- Prepare detailed formal reports in a timely manner and informal reports as required in line with stakeholder expectations
- Be a conduit and facilitation point for internal company escalations that require client consideration or decisions

Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in administration, with drive and initiative
- Advanced Microsoft Suit Package Skills especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional writing and presentation skills
- Proactive and ability to work with little supervision
- Excellent organiser with attention to detail
- Technically minded and passion for customer contact
- Must be a team player, with the drive to meet targets
