Join a well-established, technology-driven manufacturer with 36 years of industry success. Our client is known for our high-quality standards, integrity, and long-standing customer relationships. They are now seeking a Dispatch & Warehouse Officer to join our close-knit team of 14 local staff.

About the Role:

As our new Shipping and Production Support, you'll play a key role in preparing finished goods for shipment, coordinating logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from packaging to dispatch. You'll also operate machinery and support production as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare goods for dispatch, including labelling & documentation
  • Load/unload delivery trucks (pallet jacks, forklifts)
  • Verify outgoing shipments and resolve any discrepancies
  • Liaise with warehouse/logistics teams to meet dispatch timelines
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory logs
  • Operate machinery and package products to specification
  • Keep work areas clean and organised
  • Follow SOPs and quality guidelines
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience using warehouse systems/ERP software
  • Confident with shipment documentation & label printing
  • Accurate with data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborative with packing/logistics teams and supervisors
  • Forklift licence preferred
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 38 hours/week
