What you will be doing:

- As a key member of our HR Advisory team, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless employee experience and supporting day-to-day HR operations. This is a
- permanent full-time role

ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to grow in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead end-to-end employee engagement initiatives, includingReward & Recognition programs

and seasonal events.
- Managing theonboarding experience

for new starters, including welcome packs and induction coordination.
- Maintaining and reporting on key HR metrics such asabsenteeism, punctuality, and leave

- Supporting managers withtime and attendance

processes and performance documentation.
- Drafting employee letters and assisting with data collation for internal HR matters.
- Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date in line with compliance standards.

What we are looking for:
You are a motivated HR professional with a strong eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for people. You will also bring:

- Adegree in Human Resources

or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience

in an HR administration or coordinator role is advantageous.
- Passion for delivering or supportingemployee engagement initiatives

- Effective communication skills and confidence collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office

(Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience withHRIS systems

is a plus.
- A validdriver’s license

and access to a vehicle (essential for site travel).
