Your Impact
On this 12 month Fixed Term Contract, as the Workday SME, your strong understanding of HR operations and experience with employee data management will see you succeed in this role. You will provide guidance on the best Workday solutions to meet business requirements and you are experienced at working closely with Workday, and it’s integration capabilities. Previous exposure to Chris21 will also set you up for success.
Your Team
Reporting to the Head of Core Applications, your team is critical to the success of the nib Group. The Core Applications team is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of key platforms including Salesforce, our Policy Administration System and Member Communications. We are a collaborative team of high achievers. We love to explore, experiment and have a lot of fun along the way by challenging the status quo.
Your Background
With strong understanding of the solution development lifecycle, including agile work practices in a Workday environment, your ability to achieve smooth delivery of the platform will be critical to your success. Additionally, you will have:
- Strong configuration experience with the Workday platform.- Experience in building and maintaining inbound/outbound integrations.- Sound understanding of integration techniques, particularly RESTful APIs.- Proficient in XML, XSLT, JSON.- Experience working with Agile methodologies, leveraging the Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira).- Workday certification for HCM.- Ability to influence business process improvements
